Mouldy Cap

"I loved this bottle at first, until mould started developing under the silicone seal in the lid. The seal is nearly impossible to remove without risking damage, so there's no practical way to clean underneath it. Hydro Flask's support offered 20% off my next purchase and said the seal is removable, but it actually requires an extremely thin tool with no instructions provided. I own other Hydro Flask bottles with no issues, so I know they can do better; this one just has a design flaw and support that didn't take it seriously."
