SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

For all orders, we provide FREE standard* delivery to any address within New Zealand.

*Standard delivery covers regions within the North Island & South Island only. Excluding outer NZ Islands (eg: Waiheke, Great Barrier, Stuart Island) & Pacific Islands. If a customer within these excluded regions would like to proceed with an order, additional courier costs  will need to be paid by customer. We will contact you once order is made. Or feel free to directly contact us on info@hydroflask.co.nz to get an idea on additional cost. 

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

The courier service that we use, PBT is currently experiencing a significant increase in delivery volumes throughout the country and particularly within Auckland. Deliveries are currently taking up to 5 working days longer than normal within Auckland and up to 2 days longer through the rest of New Zealand. We are working hard to minimise disruptions to our customers through this challenging period.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox as not all email platforms are supported. 

If your delivery address is located in a Rural region, your package will be passed on from PBT Couriers to NZ Post, which adds up to 2 additional days for delivery to be made.

Deliveries

Standard Courier – takes approximately 1-5 working days to reach you from the time of order, depending on the distance of your location from our base in Auckland.

Deliveries will be made by PBT Couriers between normal working hours between Monday-Friday. 

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your 6-digit Order Number. There will be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. TAXES

All prices include the 15% New Zealand GST Tax rate.

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards and American Express.
